STEPS TO ORDER

1. Share your vision by email or WhatsApp
Artwork Submission*: Submit your original unfiltered child's sketch, pet illustration, or personal drawing. Drawing submissions must be made within 3 months of paying the deposit; otherwise, the order will be considered forfeited.
Piece Style: Choose your preferred format (Figurines or Charm).
Custom Details: Include sizing specifications or special placement requests etc.
*All submitted artwork must be original creations. We strictly do not accept designs containing third-party copyrighted characters (e.g., commercial cartoons, anime, branded logos) or offensive, harmful, or false language. LILART reserves the right to decline any order that violates these legal or ethical standards.

2. Receive our confirmation and quote
Within 2 working days, our studio evaluates your drawing for structural feasibility, material durability, and crafting precision. You will receive a final personalized quote, material recommendations, and projected production timeline.

3. Bespoke design process
Concept Approval: Within 3 working days, you will receive a digital design rendering for approval (includes 1 complimentary revision round). ^The deposit reserves your production slot; it is non-refundable once design process has begun from this stage.
Handcrafting Phase: Once approved, your piece enters artisan handcrafting. Standard crafting lead time is 4 to 6 weeks, subject to material setting requirements and active queue volume.

4. Final delivery
Upon the remaining balance + shipping (if not included) is settled, and your piece is encased in signature LILART packaging and dispatched with end-to-end tracking.
