STEPS TO ORDER

1. Share your vision
   Artwork Submission: Provide your unfiltered child's sketch, pet illustration, or personal drawing.
   Piece Style: Choose your preferred format (Necklace, Bracelet, or Charm / Brooch).
   Material Finish: Silver/ Gold Plated/ Handmade Polymer Clay
   Custom Details: Include sizing specifications or special placement requests etc.
   Design Integrity & IP Policy: All submitted artwork must be original creations. We strictly do not accept designs containing third-party copyrighted characters (e.g., commercial cartoons, anime, branded logos) or offensive, harmful, or false language. LILART reserves the right to decline any order that violates these legal or ethical standards.
   
   
2. Receive our confirmation and quote
   Within 48 hours, our studio evaluates your drawing for structural feasibility, material durability, and crafting precision. You will receive a personalized quote, material recommendations, and projected production timeline.
   
   
3. Secure your order
   A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your dedicated atelier slot and authorizes initial design translation.
   
   
4. Bespoke production
   Concept Approval: Within 72 hours of deposit confirmation, you will receive a digital design rendering for approval (includes 1 complimentary revision round).
   Handcrafting Phase: Once approved, your piece enters artisan handcrafting. Standard crafting lead time is 3 to 4 weeks, subject to material setting requirements and active queue volume.
   
   
5. Final delivery
   Upon the remaining 50% balance + shipping (if not included) is settled, and your piece is encased in signature LILART packaging and dispatched with end-to-end tracking.
